Smart Click Africa
Smart Click Africa (www.smartclickafrica.org) is an association of Africans committed to improving digital development, promoting a useful, healthy, and safe Internet, and encouraging better use of the web. Founded in December 2018 in the Central Region of Cameroon, it is committed to fostering the emergence of digital know-how and skills. This involves training people to make better use of the web and digital technology in order to benefit from its potential. To this end, in 2020 it launched its training and awareness program called 10 Million Smart Citizens. The association also advocates to public authorities for the implementation and use of digital solutions for the benefit of citizens.
Its president is Beaugas – Orain DJOYUM, who is also CEO of ICT Media STRATEGIES, a firm specializing in strategic monitoring, e-reputation, personal branding, and nation branding.

Digital Business Africa (formerly TIC Mag www.digitalbuisness.africa) is the strategic information platform for ICT, telecoms, and digital technology in Africa. Since 2011, it has been the go-to website for decision-makers, experts, professionals, and enthusiasts seeking information on ICT, telecoms, and digital technology in Africa. Every day, the website provides strategic information on digital technology in Africa. The web platform averages 100,000 visits per month and 700,000 views per month in Google searches (figures for April 2025). Furthermore, and this is what makes it so powerful, 15,000 decision-makers, professionals, and digital experts subscribe to its daily newsletter.
The web platform aims to become the go-to source in Africa for stakeholders, decision-makers, professionals, and enthusiasts in the sector for information on ICT, telecommunications, and digital technology on the African continent. Its publishing director is Beaugas Orain DJOYUM.
